About This Role
The R&D Manager is the person who oversees the process from the inception of an idea to the point where it is ready for development. At Servi, you’ll be part of the core team that decides which projects will move forward.
You will evaluate incoming project ideas, research similar products and assess feasibility, and refine the proposed concept through demos, detailing it down to the feature list, user flow, and interface mockup levels. You will then work with team leaders to create the technical plan and support the smooth progress of the development process.
Software knowledge is not required for this role; analytical thinking, research, and documentation skills are sufficient. It’s the perfect starting point for anyone interested in product management.
